【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthemeasurementofelectricalresistanceorconductanceofmaterialsthataregenerallycategorizedasmoderatelyconductiveandareneithergoodelectricalinsulatorsnorgoodconductors.Testmeasurementsofelectricalresistance(orconductance)andspecimengeometrydataareusedtocomputeanelectricalresistivityforthematerial.Thistestmethodappliestoallmaterialsthatexhibitvolumeresistivityintherangeof1to10-cmorsurfaceresistivityintherangeof10to10(persquare).Thistestmethodisdesignedformeasurementsatstandardconditionsof23Cand50%relativehumidity,butitsprinciplesofoperationcanbeappliedtospecimensmeasuredatlowerorhighertemperaturesandrelativehumidities.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificprecautionarystatementsaregivenin.
