【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62490providestheESLmeasuringmethodforthesurfacemountcapacitorsforuseinelectronicequipment.TheESLmeasurementmethodcanbeapplicabletothesurfacemountcapacitorswiththefollowingproperties,butnotlimitedtothese:a)capacitancerange:10μFto1000μF;b)size:L×W=3,2mm×1,6mmto7,3mm×4,3mm,H=4,0mm;c)ESLrange:5nHorless.NOTEThesurfacemountcapacitorsinthisdocumentarelimitedtocapacitorswithleadframeorwiththincoatedterminals,seeFigure1.Thescopeofthisdocumentdoesnotincludecapacitorswithfacedownterminals,seeFigure2.
