【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoreelsplittersintendedforuseinpapermakingandshallbeusedtogetherwithEN1034-1:2000.Itdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandhazardouseventsrelevanttoreelsplitterswhenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsreasonablyforeseenbythemanufacturerasincorrectapplication(seeclause4).ThisEuropeanStandardappliesonlytoreelsplitterswithamovableknifeandofthefollowingdesigns:-machineswithaverticallymovingknifepresseddownwardsfromthetopontothereel,generallyrighttothecoresothatthelayersofwoundpaperareseparatedoneaftertheotherandfalloff;-machineswithadrivenandmovablecircularknifethatcutsthewoundlayersofthehorizontalreelsuccessively,beginningfromthetopdowntothecore,withthecutlayersofwoundpaperfallingoffoneaftertheother.ThisEuropeanStandardalsoappliestotheintegratedconveyorbeltsandtheintegratedpivotingplatform.ThisEuropeanStandardalsocoverstheguardrailsattheinterfaceofthereelsplitterandapulperthatischargedwithanintegratedconveyorbeltofthereelsplitter.NOTEPulpersaredealtwithinEN1034-4.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoreelsplitterswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEN.
